We are watching all this devastation and killings on the television and how far will this Evil Man ” Putin” go ! – will he go further than Ukraine and if he does enter a NATO country, that will be it – the biggest military force in the world would knock is head of and of course win over Russia and this madman – but at what cost ?
All it needs is one nuclear weapon to be fired and that’s it, thousands more will follow and our planet would be gone, along with mankind.
Why did Russian troops invade?
In a pre-dawn TV address on 24 February, President Putin declared Russia could not feel “safe, develop and exist” because of what he claimed was a constant threat from modern Ukraine.
He claimed his goal was to protect people subjected to bullying and genocide and aim for the “demilitarisation and de-Nazification” of Ukraine. There has been no genocide in Ukraine: it is a vibrant democracy, led by a president who is Jewish.
Ukraine has made clear it wants to join the European Union and the Western defensive alliance, NATO, but the Kremlin will not have it.
We now watch in horror and we all wonder how this is going to end – personally myself I think the ending will not be good.
I thought in my life time, I would never ever live through a war like my ancestors did – but right at this moment, it looks like it is happening.
This is simply madness, we have only one planet – it’s not as if we can simply pack our suitcases and move to another planet.
